‘RHONY’ Star Carole Radziwill Doesn’t Feel Bad For Trashing Bethenny Frankel – It’s Her Job!

Fans of the Real Housewives of New York City have been expecting a blowout between former besties Carole Radziwill and Bethenny Frankel thanks to teases from the show since Season 10 started. And, in the most recent episode, they finally got to see the showdown begin during the cast’s annual Christmas trip to Dorinda Medley’s home in the Berkshires.
After weeks of tension things started to get heated between Radziwill and Frankel when they finally came face to face to address their fractured friendship.
As E! News reports, the evening began with a 1920’s themed murder mystery party, and when the game was over, Radziwill, Frankel, and Medley along with Ramona Singer, Luann de Lesseps, Sonja Morgan, and Tinsley Mortimer all sat down for dinner. And, all it took was a simple question to get things started.
“Do you think you have tension?” Medley casually asked Frankel and Radziwill.

Frankel started off by denying any problems. “I don’t feel tense, I really don’t feel tense. Our vibe is different, there’s a shift. And in a group, everyone feels the shift.”
She then told Radziwill that she didn’t have a problem with her.
But, just this week, the SkinnyGirl mogul was singing a different tune, and was spewing criticism of Radziwill to Medley when she said that they were on different pages and it had occurred to her that she and Radziwill didn’t have much in common. Frankel then said that Radziwill and Mortimer are alike because neither of them is married – and they don’t have kids or a career.
Frankel also complained about Radziwill’s boyfriend asking for compensation to photograph her charity work, as well as the amount Radziwill has financially contributed to her charity.
Of course, Frankel’s comments made their way back to Radziwill, and she was more than happy to call her former friend out.
Then, the two started to argue about Frankel’s charity and Radziwill’s interest in it before Radziwill brought up a tabloid story about their broken friendship that she killed because she didn’t think it was true. After that, things got messy with a back and forth that featured a ton of criticism along with accusations of lies and miscommunication.

In her latest blog post, Radziwill provided some insight, but first reminded viewers that RHONY isn’t a scripted show, and she has to watch things unfold just like the fans. She then commented on Frankel’s comments in her testimonials and conversations with the other women.
“When I hear a bunch of snide comments being hurled, part of me reacts with, I don’t really care what Bethenny thinks of me, she seems so angry and unhappy,” she wrote. “Relationships change. They ebb and flow over time, and friends ultimately show you who they are. I’m a grown-up, yet I can’t help but feel sad that I let into my life a person who I thought supported me, respected me, and enjoyed me, and she has revealed herself to be the complete antithesis.”
Radziwill went even further when a fan called her out for “shaming” Frankel by firing back on Twitter, that responding to what goes down on the show through weekly blog posts is actually part of her job. She even got a little cheeky and told them to just check out @BravoTV and signed off with a kiss face emoji.
Bethenny Frankel and Carole Radziwill’s relationship drama will continue to unfold as Season 10 of the RHONY continues Wednesday nights on Bravo.
