A judge has ordered the deportation of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Joe Giudice, but his wife Teresa Giudice has no plans to go to Italy with her husband. A close friend of the reality star says that she is doing just fine without her husband, and she has already become an independent woman.
Joe is more than two years into his federal prison sentence for mail, wire, and bankruptcy fraud, and the insider says that Teresa has become a completely different person since her husband has been incarcerated. Another source says that Teresa has been talking about divorce, and she has gone through an “unexpected emotional and physical transformation.”
Teresa has been bodybuilding and going out with friends, and as time goes on, she has been visiting Joe less and less.

According to Radar Online, even though Teresa has said that she doesn’t like her daughters seeing their dad locked up, the source says that Teresa isn’t visiting Joe because her feelings for him have changed, and she is a woman who independent both financially and emotionally.
Earlier this week, immigration judge John Ellington ruled that Joe should be deported after he finishes his prison sentence in March, and Teresa didn’t even bother to attend the hearing. And, her former friend Kim DePaola says that Teresa isn’t moving. Instead, she is going to stay here and film her show. And just like she didn’t visit him in prison, Teresa won’t be visiting Joe in Italy.
Joe is serving a 41-month prison sentence and has a scheduled release date of March 14, 2019. He has thirty days to appeal Judge Ellington’s decision.
Another source claims that the judge’s decision “devastated” Teresa, but she is hopeful that Joe will win his appeal and can stay in the United States with his family. Teresa and Joe have four daughters together — Gia, 16, Gabriella, 13, Milania, 11, and Audriana, 8.
Teresa also pled guilty to the fraud charges along with her husband, and she spent 11 months in prison before they released her in December 2015.
“The deportation has always been a thing in the back of the family’s mind, but now it’s a harsh reality,” says another source. “As much as Teresa said she would live in Italy with Joe in the past, that most likely won’t happen as her father is in the states, and so is her family and friends. If Joe doesn’t win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question.”
The deportation ruling has been a harsh dose of reality for the Giudices. They had spoken with lawyers several times about the possibility of Joe being deported, but they never thought the day would actually come.
