Danielle Staub is only appearing as a friend on the Real Housewives of New Jersey this season, but she’ll still stir up plenty of drama – at least according to Melissa Gorga. The RHONJ star recently opened up about Staub’s involvement in Season 9, including her doomed marriage with Marty Caffrey.
Gorga, along with Teresa Giudice and Margaret Josephs, attended Staub’s wedding last May. Her marriage, unfortunately, only lasted a few months, and Gorga says something was off right from the start.

“There was tension at the wedding,” Gorga explained, adding that being married for 14 years almost makes her an expert on relationships. “So, it’s like, I could see when something is not gonna be a match.”
Being a part-timer this season means that Staub will not get the luxury of confessionals like the rest of the cast. Although we would love to hear her side of the story, we’ll only get to watch things unfold from the perspective of her co-stars.
Aside from the split, fans will also see Staub pick a few fights this season. According to ET Online, Staub will be featured on the cast trip to Mexico, where she gets into an epic shouting match with Gorga.
In a recent teaser trailer, Gorga is shown screaming at Staub, telling her that she’s “got the wrong f**king girl!”
We do not know the exact context of the argument, but things are definitely going to get heated in Mexico this season.
While Gorga deals with the Staub drama, she’s also worried about her relationship with Giudice. In a recent interview, the RHONJ admitted that she and Giudice get into a few arguments this season.

Given their history of feuding, it’s easy to see how their bickering could get out of hand fast. Thankfully, the two ladies are not returning to their old ways and eventually worked things out.
As for Melissa Gorga’s drama with Danielle Staub, we’ll have to wait and see how everything shakes out by the reunion.
New episodes of the Real Housewives of New Jersey air Wednesday nights on Bravo.
