Last month, Real Housewives of Orange County star Tamra Judge made some controversial statements about her former co-stars during an appearance on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast, and there were even claims that they didn’t include her worst comments on the show. Insiders said that Judge dished about Heather Dubrow’s exit from the show – saying that producers fired her – contradicting Dubrow’s claims that she quit.
According to AllAboutTRH, Judge appeared on the podcast with Shannon Beador, and the women implied that Dubrow wanted to come back to RHOC, but Bravo wasn’t interested.

Witnesses at the podcast taping said that Judge and Beador revealed that Bravo fired Dubrow because she was “rude to production and crew and no one wanted to deal with her anymore.”
But, those comments never made it to the podcast, so there were doubts that Judge actually made the statements, especially since Dubrow and Judge are still friends.
Judge cleared things up by saying that her comments about Dubrow were “completely twisted” and “not true.” She also said that she would like to have Dubrow back on the show, and claims that Bravo considered bringing her back for season 13, but it didn’t happen.

Since her departure from Real Housewives of Orange County, Dubrow and her husband, Dr. Terry Dubrow have written a book titled The Dubrow Diet: Interval Eating to Lose Weight and Feel Ageless. The diet book is currently available for pre-order on Amazon, and the former reality star says the book came about organically, and she and her husband started talking about writing it three years ago.
Dubrow says that interval eating has “completely changed my body, even making my skin tighter and my hair thicker. It’s more than just weight loss – it’s a lifestyle to help you look and feel your best.”
She adds that the diet is easy, and it is all about what you eat and when you eat. However, she does admit that the first few days can be a challenge because it is a lifestyle change. But, once you get used to it, “it’s the easiest thing to follow.”
Dubrow says she is not naturally thin. Instead, she is thin because of exercise and the way that she eats. She explains that she was “average” growing up, but during her freshman year of college, she gained 30 pounds. At that point, she had to figure out how to lose the weight, and she says that she went on every diet imaginable – including Nutrisystem, Jenny Craig, and the Beverly Hills diet.
She says that some of those systems work, but they are not a sustainable lifestyle. Dubrow also revealed that at the time she was trying all of those diets, she didn’t understand nutrition and the importance of what it is that you eat.
Dubrow says that now – at the age of 49 – she is the strongest and healthiest she has ever been in her life. She says that she doesn’t count calories or weigh herself, but instead, she simply follows the interval eating lifestyle.
