Jim Bellino, the estranged husband of Real Housewives of Orange County alum Alexis Bellino, is threatening to sue Shannon Beador and Tamra Judge over alleged comments they made about the Bellino’s relationship and for defaming his business. Jim is demanding an apology from the women, but Radar Online is reporting that they are “definitely not going to apologize.”
“There is no merit to his cease and desist,” says an insider. “They were just talking about allegations that are already public.”
This all started when Judge and Beador were on Heather McDonald’s Juicy Scoop podcast last week and Judge called Jim a “shady motherf***er” who is “going to jail.” Then, Beador claimed that “people get paralyzed” at Bellino’s trampoline parks.

Back in 2015, a woman sued the Bellino’s and claimed she suffered injuries at their Anaheim park because of insufficient padding and lack of safety precautions, but it isn’t clear if this is the incident that Beador was referring to.
Jim recently filed for divorce from Alexis – whose nickname on RHOC was Jesus Jugs — and there is a possibility he will move forward with his lawsuit against Judge and Beador after calling their comments “morally corrupt.” But, so far it looks like Beador and Judge couldn’t care less.
On the podcast, Judge also called Jim “very crusty,” and at first, she was going to send Alexis a message saying she was sorry when she heard the divorce news. But then she thought maybe he was trying to protect his wife because he could be in trouble.
Jim is seeking joint legal and physical custody of their three kids – James, 12, and 10-year-old twins Mackenna and Melania –, and he is also asking for spousal support.
Alexis was on Real Housewives of Orange County for three seasons between 2009 and 2013 and left after season eight. She was on the show with Judge, but Beador didn’t join the show until season nine.
Jim and Alexis issued a joint statement about their split and said there was no “bad blood” between them.
“We hold one another in the highest regards as spouses, and especially as parents. We have agreed on 50/50 custody of the children, and we ask that you respect our privacy by not theorizing about the reasons for our divorce,” read the statement.
They also said that there has been a lot of negative discussion recently about why their marriage ended. However, there is nothing provocative, alluring, or sordid about their split. Instead, they continue to strongly support one another.
Tamra Judge and Shannon Beador return for Season 13 of Real Housewives of Orange County Monday, July 16th on Bravo.
