Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador is ready to tell all about her divorce from David Beador, but if fans of the Bravo show want to know all the nasty details, it is going to cost the network a lot of cash. According to a new report, Beador is demanding $500,000 to return for season 13, and everyone wants to know if the show’s producers will give in to her demands.
According to Radar Online, the 53-year-old wants a huge raise because she knows fans will tune in.
“Producers are desperate for Shannon to allow cameras to film the divorce drama for the upcoming season because they know it will kill in ratings,” an insider told Radar. “Although Shannon was against it at first, she’s had a change of heart and is going to give fans what they want. But to do so, she is demanding a considerable raise of at least $500,000!”
Beador has spent years protecting her ex and refusing to air his dirty laundry, but now that she has filed for divorce, she is in a good place and not as sensitive about her failed marriage. The source claims that she wants to destroy her ex for what he did, and nothing will be off limits in front of the cameras.
The mother of three announced her separation back in October and filed for divorce in December. She finally decided to leave David because they couldn’t work out their issues – one of those being his 8-month affair with a married woman back in 2015.
The couple attempted to repair their marriage throughout her four years on RHOC, including a vow renewal ceremony at the Inn at Rancho Santa Fe where they originally said, “I do.” But, during the past year, the two became increasingly distant and David often chose the gym over spending time with his wife and daughters.
Beador is seeking full custody of her three girls, Sophie, 16, and twins Stella and Adaline, 13, as well as spousal support. People Magazine reported that the couple was married for 17 years, and she revealed the split to her fellow housewives at the season 12 reunion.
The reality star and her girls ended 2017 with a trip to Dallas to cheer on her alma mater, the University of Southern California Trojans, as they competed in the Cotton Bowl. After her Texas trip, she rang in the new year with her good friend and co-star, Tamra Judge.
Per The Daily Dish, Beador is ready for a fresh start in 2018, and she was in high spirits as she wished her followers a blessed year in an Instagram post on New Year’s Day.
