The WWE world was heartbroken when the power couple that is Nikki Bella and John Cena called off their wedding just weeks before it was scheduled to take place. However, fans of reality TV saw past the charade and called it out for being a publicity stunt from the get-go.
Now that John and Nikki have reunited, those same whistle-blowers have come out to say: “I told you so.”
The comment sections of both of the wrestlers were in shambles when they respectively posted sad messages that hinted at their breakup. The remarks were getting so savage that the Bella twin recently fired back at a fan for calling her split a skit.
“Sad when so many people think your heartache is a skit or fake. I guess that’s what I get for staying strong and positive during media week? Where’s the empowerment in all these comments? I try my best to help lift up and empower others, wish others would do the same for me. Especially during a time when I need it.” the reality star clapped back.
Yesterday, it was reported that John and Nikki are working on things day by day which doesn’t come as a surprise to many.
“John and Nikki never actually broke up lol it’s been like a month and they’re already ‘working it out’ lol,” a social media user tweeted.
Another person tweeted: “How much you wanna bet that we are gonna see Cena and Bella ‘reunite’ on either total bellas or total divas?”
Forbes has reported that “Total Bellas” has hit a viewership low with its last episode being the least-watched in history.
The report reads: “‘Total Divas’ drew an average of 505,000 viewers. This is down from a similarly disappointing premiere of 517,000.”
It seems that fans of the E! show don’t like having the wool pulled over their eyes. Do you think the split was real?
