Actress Nicole Eggert was interviewed on Sunday, February 11, 2018, while walking in Los Angeles, and said that after Alexander Polinsky came forward and filed his own police report against Scott Baio, another cast member has been inspired to speak out.
TMZ caught up with the Charles in Charge star who states Scott Baio sexually abused her between the ages of 14 and 17. Baio was Eggert’s co-star as well as the show’s director at the time of the alleged abuse. According to Eggert, Baio was 25-years-old when the sexual abuse began.
Scott Baio has denied any wrongdoing and has vowed to fight all of the allegations against him. Nicole Eggert has been vehemently attacked on social media and slut-shamed since coming forward with her story.
Exactly who the additional cast member who will come out with their allegations has yet to be revealed. In the video below, you can hear Nicole Eggert discuss the current status of her case. She also made additional allegations that Scott Baio has been harassing her by phone. A representative for Baio spoke with TMZ and denied making phone calls to Eggert.
Nicole Eggert can be seen in the video walking with her young daughter with a security guard present. Eggert states she is fearful for her safety and the safety of her child.
When asked what Nicole hopes will come from the public telling of her story, she reiterated that she just wants him to come clean. She said that she wants to move on with her life but also said that Baio is a monster.
Allegations first surfaced on social media with Alexander Polinsky and Nicole Eggert tweeting, retweeting, and liking certain posts that suggested they needed to speak with Baio about prior alleged abuse. Baio responded by issuing both of them a cease and desist. He also encouraged them not to bring allegations on social media but to file them with the Los Angeles Police Department.
They have done so, and at this point, it remains unclear whether the third cast member will just release a public statement or actually file a third police report alleging abuse against Scott Baio.
We’ll update you as soon as the details are released.

(Charisse Van Horn and Alexander Polinsky personally follow each other on Twitter and have spoken to each other in the past, but not about the Scott Baio case. She has also tweeted in the past messages of support for Nicole Eggert to come forward and tell her story. She does her best to be fair and balanced and present all sides of the case.
