Season 9 of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will premiere on Bravo soon, and fans are wondering if Camille Grammer will be returning to the show. Grammer has a long history with RHOBH. She was part of the original cast when the show debuted in 2010, but for Season 3 she stepped down to “friend” status. Since then she has gone back and forth between being a “guest” and “friend,” so what will happen in the upcoming season?
When the show first began, Grammer was married to Frasier star Kelsey Grammer. But, after the news of their divorce broke, Camille ended her stint as a full-time RHOBH cast member and became a “friend” during Season 3. She took a break for Season 4, was a “guest” in Seasons 5 through 7, and then went back to being a “friend” in Season 8.
According to Romper, Bravo has confirmed that Camille will return as a main cast member for Season 9, and she says she is on good terms with everyone and has been spending a lot of time with her RHOBH co-stars. Everyone (except Lisa Vanderpump) showed up in Hawaii last weekend for Camille’s wedding to David Meyer, and Kyle Richards was even a bridesmaid.
The wedding made it a perfect time for Camille to return to the show.
“I adore Kyle [Richards], Lisa… ‘cause we’ve been through a lot together over the past eight, nine years. There’s a certain connection that keeps us all together. Erika [Jayne], I don’t really know her that well. Lisa Rinna, she’s a riot. She’s so much fun and unapologetic, and I love that. And I love Teddi [Mellencamp]. I thought Teddi was a great addition and she’s fantastic. She’s so supportive, she’s super cool, and I’ve liked her from day one,” said Camille.
However, her relationship with Dorit Kemsley wasn’t all that great after a Season 8 blowout, but Camille says that things between them are much better now. She says that they made amends after last season’s reunion, and now she is “cautiously optimistic” about the future of their friendship.
Chances are, fans will see some wedding planning on Season 9, as well as the ceremony itself. Camille met Meyer in 2016, and the couple got engaged last year. Her two children with Kelsey were also involved in the wedding, and the new family is blending well.
Camille Grammer said in a recent interview that she is excited to start the next chapter of her life, and she loves the way that Meyer loves her.
New episodes of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills will return to Bravo later this year.
