New details emerge about the incident that took place in the Paris apartment where Kim Kardashian was staying. According to the security guard at the hotel who was at the center of the heist worth £8.5 million, he tried to comfort the terrified star as she was gagged and bound in her room by the thieves. The man, who is an Algerian and father of one child, requested to be identified only after his first name, Abdulrahman, for his own safety.
He declared for MailOnline that he asked the thieves not to do any harm to Kim, but he confessed that indeed he had let them in the luxurious apartment in Paris and was even their interpreter. In an exclusive interview he declared that he went to the apartment together with the robbers and that he was cuffed up in the first few minutes.
As it seems, he was held in the same room with Kim Kardashian, while one man was attacking her and another was with him. The guard is in fact a PhD student who has this security part-time job, and now he has revealed how he tried to confuse robbers by claiming he did not know who Kim is. However, they forced him to open the door to her apartment with a spare key from the desk. The horror overwhelmed him when the star told the thieves that she only has little cash to give them.
He said that he begged them not to hurt her, to which one of the thieves replied that they were there only for the money. He repeated his request and the robbers asked him not to move or cry and to keep still.
Abdulrahman also acted as a translator when the police arrived, helping Kim to give them a statement.
