Nathan Griffith from Teen Mom 2 found himself in trouble in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, on the 25th of February, Sunday, following his arrest for a traffic violation. A spokesperson for the police department said to Us Weekly that the reality star was charged with “striking fixtures” while driving on a highway and also failed to “report these collisions.”
The spokesperson claimed Nathan hit fixtures on the road and left the scene. Radar Online reported that the police released him around 5:30 am on a $464 bond. It never seems to get easier for Griffith.
As you may know already, Griffith and Evans have been fighting ever since their split in 2015. In September of 2017, Griffith and Evans were in the middle of a custody battle over their 3-year-old son, Kaiser.
According to documents at the time, Griffith’s mother filed for “emergency custody” of the child. Previously, David and Evans both had marijuana in their system at the time of their daughter’s birth, but the Department of Child Services chose to overlook it.
Additionally, Evans and Eason, who got married last year in September, were involved in a fight with Griffith and his girlfriend, Ashley, during the reunion for Teen Mom 2 in October.
Evans claimed Lenhart “attacked” her backstage. However, both parties including Griffith and Lenhart denied it.
The cast and crew of Teen Mom have been fraught with legal battles as of late, with Farrah Abraham currently suing Viacom for sexual discrimination, among other things, and also the arrest of Kieffer Delp.
Moreover, Eason lost his job working with MTV after he tweeted a series of homophobic comments. In a statement, the organization stated his views do not reflect the company at all.
