Typically when you think of celebrities you do not think about the hard times they endure. Your initial instinct is to think about how successful they are, how much money they have, and how their problems are nothing compared to yours.
Is it possible that there is more to it than that? Miranda Kerr thinks so. She recently had a lot to say about breaking up with someone and how it impacted her view on the rest of the world.
One of the most challenging things we have to deal with as adults is heartbreak. At the end of the day, your celebrity simply does not matter. Heartbreak affects everyone, rich or poor. In a recent interview Kerr went on to talk a little bit about breakups and getting your heart broken, and it is very insightful, to say the least.
The most recent breakup that the former Victoria Secret Model experienced was her separation from Orlando Bloom. If you look at it from an outsider’s perspective it is quite easy to say yes, it was terrible, but she will be fine.
Kerr stated that she “fell into a really bad depression” after the separation. Her amazing quote rings true, no matter who you are. She said that “I never understood the depth of that feeling or the reality of that because I was naturally a very happy person.” She is, of course, speaking on depression.
When you are a happy person it is easy to get over some situations, but some, no matter how hard you try, are going to hurt for a while.
Kerr explained that she knows now that heartbreak is not something she wants to experience anytime soon, and it is easy to see why. We wish her the best and look forward to seeing where her career takes her from here.
