Miley Cyrus is fuming! The singer slammed Italian designer Stefano Gabbana after he called Selena Gomez ‘ugly!’
As you may already know, this week, the Dolce & Gabbana creator got a lot of backlash after insulting Selena’s looks in an Instagram comment.
Under a pic that The Catwalk Italia shared on the platform and which featured Gomez rocking a couple of different red dresses, Gabbana commented: ‘È proprio bruta!!!’ in Italian, which means: ‘She’s really ugly.’
As you can only imagine, Selena’s fans were quick to clap back by attacking the designer on his own social media but there is also a fellow celebrity who had something to say about this.
Miley Cyrus had no filter when she posted: ‘Well what that d**khead said (if it’s true) is f**king false and total bull s**t. She fine as f**k.’
The two have both started as Disney child stars and having those common roots in Hollywood really brought them in the same social circles.
On a fan page, Miley defended the fellow singer, commenting on an old pic of the two of them hugging.
What she wrote also addressed the many rumors that they have had beef.
‘We never feuded. We both liked the same guy when we were 16. It was just a Hilary Duff–Lindsay Lohan thing: ‘Oh, my God, we like the same boy!’ We’re now completely settled in our own lives,’ Cyrus previously told W.
After her supportive message, it totally looks like there is absolutely no bad blood between the two singers.
We are definitely happy to see ladies being there for one another, especially in this industry, where women are constantly scrutinized and criticized for every small perceived flaw! Well done, Miley!
