After viewers got to see a beautiful proposal made possible by the cast of “Jersey Shore,” they will get to see the follow-up wedding in the second season of “Jersey Shore Family Vacation.” Mike ‘The Situation’ Sorrentino and Lauren Pesce will feature their nuptials on the MTV hit show.
It was announced earlier this year that Mike proposed to his longtime girlfriend while filming the reboot. Fans were able to see how it all played out in a recent episode of “JSFV” but Mike is making it clear that it won’t stop there.
When a fan tweeted: “I wonder if Mike and Lauren’s wedding will be televised! I really hope so!
The Situation hit back with: “Yes! Season 2 of #JSFamilyvacaton.”
In April, the reality star told US Weekly that they are in the process of planning the big day.
Lauren Pesce explained that they are going to try to include both friends and family in the wedding.
The soon-to-be wife says that she won’t be a bridezilla because she already knows what she wants since she’s been dreaming about the day since she was a little girl.
“The amount of time I’ve waited for this moment has humbled me and made me be able to be more mindful and appreciate the moment. As much as people don’t want to hear it, it’s always worth the wait. It couldn’t have happened at a better time in our lives,” she told US.
Season two of the show is set to premiere in August which means the big day must be pretty soon.
The cast has been spotted filming in both Vegas, which is the main filming location for the new installment, and their old stomping grounds — New Jersey.
The word is that Seaside Heights is actually trying to stray away from the “Jersey Shore” stigma and has denied the production a filming permit.
