Michael B. Jordan is slowly becoming one of the hottest stars in Hollywood following his massively successful role in Black Panther, as well as Creed, with the latter film coming out with its very own sequel shortly.
In an interview with Vanity Fair, the 31-year-old actor told reporters in the November issue that he recently spoke with the legendary actor, Will Smith, for advice on dealing with fame.
“Navigating and learning how to deal with this s**t,” the actor remarked, “there’s nobody that really helped me.” Unfortunately, Jordan didn’t reveal what Will had to say.
However, Jordan did admit that he intends to continue using his insatiable work-ethic which is a huge part of why he’s so successful as an actor and performer.
Jordan explained, in some words, that no one just earns success without trying hard for it. There’s always an underlying quality and determination that ensures a person stays on the path to success.
The actor told the magazine that huge stars often make tremendous sacrifices to achieve success, including their personal life, their relationship, and other important lifestyle choices.
As for who he’s been dating lately, remains to be seen, but reports indicate that he’s been flirting with his co-star, Lupita Nyong’O. The 35-year-old celebrated her birthday back in March and Lupita received some admiration from the Black Panther star.
Jordan’s “happy birthday wishes” sparked speculation from fans online, with many assuming that they were venturing toward a relationship. When they both participated in a celebrity prank show, Safeword, fans, once again, suggested they might have started dating.
Tiffany Haddish, who has expressed her admiration for the Creed alum star, would likely be disappointed. As it was previously reported, she said she wanted to meet up with Jordan sometime during an interview on The Breakfast Club.
