The lawyer for Stormy Daniels, Michael Avenatti, has revealed that he won’t be running for the presidency in 2020. Previously, the lawyer had stated on a number of occasions that he considered running, much to the chagrin of many people across the United States.
On Tuesday, Daniel’s lawyer said in a statement on Twitter that after speaking with his family, they decided he won’t run for the coveted position in 2020.
“I do not make this decision lightly,” the lawyer added, “I make it out to respect for my family.” Despite Stormy’s claims that Michael had misrepresented her, including starting up a legal battle with the president which she subsequently lost, Michael will continue to act as her attorney-at-law.
As it was previously reported, Stormy claimed Michael started up a fundraiser campaign online using her name and likeness, without actually asking for permission. It was apparently Michael’s idea to take Trump to court, a case which he then lost.
Mr. Avenatti stated that his ultimate goal was to have Trump removed from public office to restore the shared values of the republic as well as the nation. You can check out his statement in full below:

At first, Mr. Avenatti’s name was one of more than two dozen to float around in the circuit of possible Democratic nominees. In his statement, the attorney said that he was concerned the DNC wouldn’t nominate someone who actually has a chance at beating the silver-tongued Trump.
Recently, the 47-year-old attorney was accused of domestic violence by a Los Angeles actress. On the 14th of November, Avenatti was arrested and denied the allegations, stating they were intended to tarnish his reputation.
The Los Angeles County prosecutors looked into the allegations and ultimately decided to drop all the felony charges. This comes after he and Stormy Daniels lost their defamation battle against the president.
Subsequently, the judge ordered Ms. Daniels to pay for Trump’s hefty attorney fees, which means the revenue generated by her latest memoir, which slid off the New York Times Bestseller List, likely ended up paying for Trump’s lawyers. Allegedly, Ms. Stormy Daniels has since started starring in adult films and has also begun stripping.
