During a conference, First Lady Melania Trump talked about cyberbullying, bringing awareness to it but people are not impressed. The woman was slammed on social media because of her husband’s own Twitter bullying – his favorite past-time.
It’s only been days since President Donald Trump called his former White House aide, Omarosa a ‘dog’ on the platform.
That being said, no one is surprised people are outraged by Melania’s stance on the matter when her own husband is a pro at cyberbullying.
‘Social media is an inevitable part of our kids’ daily lives. It can be used in many positive ways, but it can also be destructive and harmful when used incorrectly. Be Best focuses on the importance of teaching the next generation how to conduct themselves safely and in a positive manner in the online setting,’ Melania partially said.

But what is super ironic is that the FLOTUS herself is now on the receiving end of online bullying following her speech, part of the Be Best Campaign in Rockville.
Many social media users slammed her as a ‘hypocrite.’
‘Did anybody bother to ask @FLOTUS whether or not a man should call a woman a dog?’ someone wondered on Twitter.
‘U.S. first lady Melania Trump on Monday decried cyberbullying as ‘destructive and harmful,’ even as her husband, President Donald Trump, continues his almost daily Twitter…,’ another pointed out.
‘@FLOTUS with all due respect, perhaps you should get your husband and his children to stop cyberbullying before worrying about it on a national level. Presuming you do in fact care about this issue, that is,’ one user addressed Melania directly.
