For a member of the royal family, casual clothing, especially for the ladies is something very rare, and the same applies to the former actress who has to get used to the many rules of the blue-blooded family. That being said, we did have the chance to see the new Duchess wearing pants for the very first time since her wedding to Prince Harry.
Today, Meghan Markle was in attendance at the Audi Polo Challenge at the Coworth Park Polo Club in Berkshire where she supported her husband.
She sported a casual look composed of a button-down white shirt and had her sleeves rolled up above her elbows.
As for the bottom half of her body, she wore a pair of black skinny jeans and matching leather Chanel flats.
Finally, she made sure to wear a hat as it is usually required of the female royals – a white Madewell x Biltmore Panama hat with a black band.
Yesterday, she was also at the event and slayed the same hat but used it to accessorize her sand-colored Shoshanna Ashland gingham dress.
Her pal Serena Williams and her husband Alexis Ohanian, joined her as well.
Speaking of famous friends of the royals, today, Harry was joined by actor Eddie Redmayne and they made sure to also pose for a pic together as to commemorate the outing.
Meghan Markle has been spotted wearing pants in public alongside Prince Harry a few times following their engagement but not since the royal wedding.
She has been doing her best to appear as lady-like as possible, sporting only skirts and dresses since the May ceremony – before today, of course!
