This whole thing is about a pending appeal on his 2-4 year prison sentence following a probation violation. The judge G. Brinkley is the very same judge from Philly and denied both the bail and the emergency petition.
It also seems that the judge called Meek a ‘danger to the community’ and a ‘flight risk,’ according to the documents that were obtained by the site.
But wait, because there’s more. The judge also is questioning ‘the validity of his clean drug tests,’ according to the same site.
Brinkley suggested that he might have used something that is called ‘Fast Flush’ to cleanse his organism.
Meek’s lawyer Joe Tacopina reported that the judge ‘continues her long pattern of unfair treatment,’ and it looks like another appeal is on its way.
There are currently lots of celebrities and fans as well who believe the judge is prejudiced and biased against Meek. They have rallied to free him, and these celebs include the likes of JAY-Z, Drake, La La Anthony and more.
Meek was sentenced to two to four years in prison for violating probation following his 2008 conviction. The conviction involves drugs and weapons charges.
