Maksim Chmerkovskiy Posts Never-Before Seen Video Of He And Peta Murgatroyd’s City Hall Wedding Ceremony On First Anniversary!

Today, the happy couple celebrated their very first wedding anniversary, and it looks like their marriage is still in the honeymoon phase! Maksim Chmerkovskiy took to social media to mark his and Peta Murgatroyd’s special day by sharing a clip that showed the Dancing with the Stars power couple getting married at the New York City Hall.
What the sweet video revealed was that the two actually exchanged vows before their fairytale-like Long Beach wedding at Oheka Castle.
As they held hands and looked with a lot of love in each other’s eyes, they poured their hearts out.
Chmerkovskiy captioned his post: ‘This was one of the most exciting days of my entire life! Everything felt festive, I could not take my eyes off my future wife the whole ride to the City Hall, and it was as if New York City herself was marrying us?. I cannot believe it’s been a year. I still cannot believe you chose me. I cannot believe I get to live this amazing dream with you by my side for the rest of my life. I promise to earn every second of your love.’
Meanwhile, Murgatroyd shared a pic from their City Hall wedding as well and wrote: ‘Today I married the man that I fell in love with so many years ago. I knew he was the one. There was something so electric between us that people will still tell me about to this day. I love you @maksimc, this has been an incredible, outrageous year for us! I pray we are this happy for the rest of our lives. You are everything I knew you were. ❤?? #HappyAnniversary #ToUs.’
Chmerkovskiy also previously told ET that getting married to Murgatroyd was the very ‘best decision I’ve ever made.’
The two are also parents of a one year old named Shai, which only adds to their love.
‘I don’t think we’ve really hit that rough patch yet, of like, ‘Oh, my God, our life is boring.’ But as he said, I know everything about him I need to know.’
‘So you have to keep it fresh in a positive way, like doing little things. Go out to dinner when you do not take the baby, go out by yourselves, have a great date night.’ Happy anniversary, guys!
