The rapper, Macklemore, and his wife, Tricia Davis, welcomed their baby into the world in March of this year! Reportedly, the couple had their baby in privacy shortly before St. Patricks Day.
During an interview with the Irish radio station, Spin 103.8, the Grammy award winner revealed that he spent St. Paddy’s day in the hospital while his wife delivered their second child.
He explained that the day was spent, “in the hospital with my brand-new daughter who was born right before St. Patricks Day.” As you know, Ben Haggerty, also known as Macklemore, is of Irish heritage.
But obviously, he wasn’t worried about missing the day considering his wife was giving birth. Macklemore and Tricia are already the mom and dad of their first daughter, Sloane Ava Simone Haggerty.
In September of 2017, the rapper revealed he and his wife were getting ready to welcome their baby into the world. Macklemore and his significant other took to Instagram to state the news.
And on the 12th of February, Tricia uploaded a post to her followers saying that it would just be a few more weeks before she gave birth to their little bundle of joy.
Tricia and her man got engaged back in 2013 after dating for nearly seven years. Just two years after, they revealed they were having a baby together.
In August of 2015, the rapper and his wife shared that they had gotten married, officially, and had their baby in May of that year.
On his website, posted in 2015, the “Thriftshop” rapper stated he and Tricia had their child on the 29th of May and it’s been happily ever after since then! We send our congratulations to the couple and wish them the best of luck on their parenting journey.
