We have learned that Real Housewives of New York City star Luann de Lesseps’ two kids as well as her former husband have sued her! According to the court documents, her first husband Count Alexandre de Lesseps and their children Victoria and Noel filed a lawsuit against her this week.
The three accused her of breaking a stipulation in their divorce settlement back in 2009.
The documents obtained by E! News state that ‘This action arises from the Defendant’s breach of a Stipulation of Settlement and the related Judgment of Divorce by Luann’s failure to create a trust for the benefit of her kids, her conversion of trust’s corpus and her present threat to abscond with money obtained from the sale of the trust corpus and use it to purchase, for herself, a luxury home in upstate New York.’
In other words, Luann bought a home in Sag Harbor, New York back in 2013 for no less than $3.1 million and the legal documents say that since the purchase she failed to set up a trust for her two kids with the Count.
‘Defendant has never, since her purchase of the Premises, created the Trust or conveyed to her kids, in Trust, an undivided one half interest in the Premises,’ the papers state.
The documents also claim that earlier this week, Luann ‘threatened’ to ‘list for sale, sell or mortgage’ the house for over ‘fifty percent its present value.’
Afterward, she apparently wishes to use that money to purchase another house in Upstate New York.
Now, the ex-husband and the kids requested the court to issue an order that forces the reality TV star to create the trust and convey to the offspring ‘an undivided one-half interest and render an account as trustee for her children, and petition for judicial settlement of same, on notice to Plaintiffs.’
