The season finale of the Real Housewives of New York City aired this week, and things got so heated between Dorinda Medley and LuAnn de Lesseps, that the women ended their friendship. After getting over their catfight during their trip to Colombia, Medley lost it when she found out that de Lesseps did not give her boyfriend, John Mahdessian, an invite to her cabaret show.
“I guess this is her way of punishing me,” said Medley. “It’s rude, especially when you’re as good of friends as I thought we were.”
Medley still showed up to de Lesseps’ Countess and Friends cabaret show in New York, but when Tinsley Mortimer revealed that de Lesseps had invited her boyfriend, Scott, at the last minute, Medley’s blood began to boil.

Medley couldn’t believe the news and said that it was hurtful. So, when de Lesseps started her show and began singing in front of the crowd, Medley began heckling her. She decided to remind de Lesseps that she helped her get free designer gowns by yelling the name “Jovani!” throughout the show.
When her performance was over, de Lesseps said that she assumed Mahdessian would be there, but she originally had concerns that there would not be a seat for him. But at this point Medley had downed a bunch of booze and was fired up.
She sarcastically thanked de Lesseps and told her she had been her friend for a long time and she would have done anything for her. Medley added that she wasn’t going to listen to a lecture and told de Lesseps she looked gorgeous.
Then, Medley told de Lesseps that she was done making an effort in their friendship, and she doesn’t care about being friends right now because she has made the effort to do the right thing.
RHONY producers gave fans an update about what has been going on between LuAnn de Lesseps and Dorinda Medley since filming that night at the show, and they revealed that the women “remain estranged.”
Now that the season is over, that means it is time for the reunion episodes, and you know it’s going to be good when Andy Cohen is yelling. In the reunion trailer, viewers can see that Cohen has his hands full with the RHONY cast, and he screams, “I want to hear her f****ing answer!”
The three-part Real Housewives of New York City season ten reunion begins next Wednesday on Bravo.
