A post about colored women from LeBron James has gone viral because angry white women are bashing the basketball star.
It seems that these days, LeBron cannot catch a break, after getting insulted by President Donald Trump — his name is back in the mud.
Via Instagram, the Lakers’ player did a montage of stunning and well-accomplished women such as Beyoncé, Oprah Winfrey, Yara Shahidi, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Tracee Ellis Ross and more who grace prominent magazines for their September issues.
LeBron used the caption to praise the female stars and shared a sweet message to his only daughter, Zhuri James.
It read: “Nothing in this world is more POWERFUL than Colored Women!! Thank you all for continuing to not settled and setting great examples in life for some many looking up to you for inspiration/guidance and love!! My daughter is watching! #WomenPower”
Many Caucasian women called LeBron a racist for the post and his fans are defending him.
An angry supporter shared this comment: “You must be one of those biracial boys with a black dad that left your mom! Not a good look you might look white, but you’re black. Must hurt to not be recognized, you need to visit Africa or if you can’t afford it get a book and read it. They hate what they don’t understand. They’re mad because they will never be on the same mental, physical, and spiritual as us.”
This moderate voice stated: ” Just because someone calls a lion mighty doesn’t mean the tiger isn’t mighty too. Absolutely nothing you said was wrong Lebron. Please ignore the haters. There is real hate in their spirit, and they aren’t well. But you have a unique mind and the unique gift of a platform that allows you to shine a light on issues that impact your people and representation is one of those issues. Keep doing what you’re doing because your daughter is watching, women like myself are waiting, and the world is watching. So thank you.”
This woman explained why LeBron’s post is important: “Black women have had to struggle, being treated as the most inferior of society, far more than anyone else has had to. I apologize that my race feels the need to be included in everything that black women have worked so hard to gain.”
Another follower explained: “It’s a problem to empower our fellow people, but it’s noticeable when there is black on black crime. When there’s some type of negativity involving blacks. You b****** are so miserable and so needy. This has to stop, get your own f****** lives, create your own culture period if Vegas can claim they have culture, then white people can too.”
Many are wondering, will First Lady Melania Trump back LeBron once more?
