Stormy Daniels seems to have filed a lawsuit against Donald Trump. This says that he allegedly never signed an agreement that should have kept their alleged affair ‘under the radar.’ This latest news comes from the New York Post. Check out more details on the situation.
It seems that the lawsuit was filed in Los Angeles on March 6. It claims that the nondisclosure agreement is not valid at all; in other words, Stormy can discuss the alleged affair that she had with Trump if she pleases.
The porn star and Trump’s lawyer signed this agreement three days before Trump got elected as President of the United States.
As long as we are true to America’s founding and the example of our heroes. As long as we open our eyes to God’s grace – and open our hearts to God’s love – then America will forever be the land of the free, the home of the brave, and a light unto all nations. Thank you to our wonderful hosts, and thank you to all of our heroes for serving, protecting and inspiring America each and every day. God bless you, and God bless America. #NationalPrayerBreakfast
In the documents, Trump was referred to as David Dennison, and Story was referred to as Peggy Peterson.
Lots of people were shocked that these two had alias names.
The lawsuits documents contain a black space where Donald Trump was supposed to sign, but it seems that he did not sign anything.
The lawsuit also says that Stormy received $130,000 to remain quiet about what had happened and she was allegedly bullied by Cohen not to mention a word.
But it looks like now she is ready to fight back.
‘To be clear, the attempts to intimidate Ms. Clifford into silence and ‘shut her up’ in order to ‘protect Mr. Trump’ continue unabated,’ the lawsuit stated, according to NBC.
‘On or about February 27, 2018, Mr. Trump’s attorney Mr. Cohen surreptitiously initiated a bogus arbitration proceeding against Ms. Clifford in Los Angeles,’ the lawsuit said. We’ll have to wait and see where things go from here.
