Kylie Jenner gave birth to her daughter Stormi Webster approximately nine-weeks ago and she’s almost at her goal weight. In a new video, Kylie announced she’s trying to lose 20 pounds, but she couldn’t resist eating some fresh-from-the-oven hot rolls. According to statements Kylie has previously made while interacting with fans, she gained approximately 40 pounds throughout her pregnancy. Most obstetricians recommend a weight gain between 15 and 40 pounds depending on how much the woman weighs at the time of pregnancy. Overweight women should gain less than underweight women. With only twenty pounds left to lose, Kylie has already made tremendous progress getting back in shape.
Kylie has drawn plenty of attention and criticism for her weight loss routine and choice to wear waist trainers following the birth of her daughter. Though many people have provided feedback and their opinions, many people are praising Kylie for how quickly she’s bouncing back.
Kylie shared a number of photos on Instagram with several pictures showing off her toned abs. The photos received more than 6 million views and over 686,000 comments.
Many women can relate to Kylie needing to lose 20 pounds yet giving in to her food cravings. While many women are fixated on losing all of their pregnancy weight, it’s important to realize that it takes nine months to have a baby and women should give themselves at least nine months to lose it.
For Kylie to have lost approximately half of her pregnancy weight in two months is very quick and she should feel very proud of herself.
Kylie has already returned to taking selfies and sharing them so she doesn’t appear to have any problems with her body image or self-confidence after giving birth.
Additionally, Kylie Jenner hasn’t come out publicly to state what her weight is, but even though she’s getting plenty of positive feedback on her selfies, she still has expressed a dissatisfaction with her figure.
She recently shared a throwback picture where she described the photo as summer body goals.
What do you think? Can you relate to Kylie giving in and eating the roll? Do you think she should relax about how long it takes to lose the next 20 pounds?
