It looks like Travis Scott has yet to forget that epic diss of Kylie Jenner from her ex-boyfriend, Tyga.
After Fobes announced that Kylie was the youngest self-made billionaire, Tyga was quick to call to Nicki Minaj’s radio show and uttered a few nonsensical sentences.
He claimed to be humble and would never take credit for Kylie’ impressive success; however, he is responsible for some of it.
The rapper gloated said at the time: “You’ve got to look at the before and after. She always had a platform, and she was always destined to be what she was going to be regardless, but, when I stepped in, there was a lot of codes being taught. It was like, you could do this, you should start this, you should start doing your hair like this…you should add that because you need black people to f*ck with you ‘cause you need culture.”
He added: “If you ain’t got black people behind you, you ain’t got nothing. Ain’t nobody going to listen. You can’t influence anybody. So I had a lot to do with all that, you know what I’m saying? Which I don’t need credit for. I don’t need to go online and tell people I did this and I’m the one who helped her come up with these colors and names on her…lip line [Jenner’s best-selling lip kits that started her Kylie Cosmetics line].”
He continued to humblebrag by saying: “It was a lot of stuff, but it’s like I’m not that bitter type of person because God is going to pay me back. The universe is going to pay me back.”
A source said Travis found the interview disrespectful and added: “That really got to Travis. It was so disrespectful — not to mention, totally delusional.”
The family friend told Hollywood Life: “Travis and Kylie are so madly in love no one stands a chance of getting between them, especially not Tyga. Travis is very confident too. He has no reason to be threatened by Tyga.”
Kylie declined to answer Tyga. Instead, she turned her focus on baby Stormi and her brand.
