Only one month after welcoming her first baby, daughter Stormi, Kylie Jenner already took to social media to show off her body. Rumors have been going around that the looks-obsessed KUWK star began ‘extreme dieting’ soon after giving birth.
However, sources have now told us that she did not actually go to extremes to lose weight.
In fact, it happened quite naturally and here’s why!
‘Reports that Kylie is extreme dieting and exercising for three hours a day are a bit exaggerated. Yes she is working out daily, and she’s being super conscious of her diet, but she is not taking anything to extremes. The fact that this is Kylie’s first baby, combined with her young age, and the incredible shape she was in prior to getting pregnant, have all contributed to her body snapping back so fast,’ our source said.
In addition to that, the insider explained that there are other reasons why she managed to get her flat stomach back in just a month.
‘Kylie’s been breastfeeding, and running around non-stop after a newborn baby, both of which burn a lot of calories.’
We’ve also heard last month that her genetics contributed a lot to the fast change.
‘She’s always had a great metabolism and breastfeeding’s kicked it into high gear. Kylie is so relieved, she was worried about getting her body back, but it is happening very naturally.’
As for her parenting skills, another source shared that: ‘Kylie and Travis are being very hands-on parents, and they’re both already very adept at changing diapers. Kylie’s very committed to being Stormi’s primary caregiver despite having staff and family to help her out.’
That being said, it makes sense she would not have the time to work out for three hours a day as she has to take care of the newborn. But that’s a workout in its own right!
