The Kardashian-Jenner family has built an entire empire together – will the next generation do the same? That being said, is Kim Kardashian thinking about having her oldest child, daughter North West take over her beauty business?
The KUWK star was at her new KKW Beauty and Fragrance shop when she had a chat with an ET reporter.
Kim got candid about her daughter, North’s love for cosmetics at the age of 5 already and revealed whether or not she sees her walking in her footsteps.
The mother of three confessed that ‘Actually, I had to put her on the P.R. list and get her very own set of makeup this time, because she destroys mine when she sees it, and then I cannot use it for myself. So, she definitely loves makeup. If she loves it enough, she can take it over; whatever she wants to do [when] she’s old enough, she can do.’
She went on to say that North loves closing her room’s door and just doing makeovers on her friends or dolls.
Apparently, the little girl hates it when people try to peek and see the transformations before they are completely done. ‘She loves a before and after,’ noted Kim.
Pics of North rocking some natural, subtle makeup have actually been posted by her proud mother online, but a lot of people were not too happy about seeing such a young child play with makeup already.
‘I feel like my parents were a bit more strict on me about wearing makeup at that age. I had more play makeup that did not really work. So as long as we just keep everything clean and do not make too much of a mess on things, I am fine with her expressing herself and having fun with it,’ Kim said, adding that she is just at home playing, not going out with a full face of makeup.
