Khloe Kardashian took to her app today to talk about perhaps the biggest enemy to any new parent, and that is fatigue! Here’s what she had to say.
Although being tired all the time is to be expected and is definitely a big enemy to any parent, the reality TV star noted that ‘I think what surprises me the most is that no matter how tired you are, you find this energy and patience for your child. You know babies are so helpless, and they rely on you for everything. So something just takes over, and you find the energy to care for this helpless precious baby.’
But that’s not the only thing she finds time and energy for. Apparently, the Kardashian never skips her workouts either.
Yesterday morning, Khloe hit the gym, and she talked about returning to her healthy habit of exercising after the pregnancy.
In a series of Snapchat videos, she said: ‘The beginning parts of working out kind of suck because you are pushing your body so hard. You are so tired, and you are trying to get back into your rhythm, and it is much more difficult than you expect it to be. I have been working out for 11 days now, I feel really good, but tired. My body is sore; it’s re-waking itself back up.’
Although it may not be easy being a first-time mother and having to figure out the best way of doing everything for the child as you’re going, for now, it seems like Khloe is doing a pretty good job.
