Ever since his performance in last year’s summer hit, “Girls Trip,” Kofi Sirboe has been the object of many lucky ladies’ desires. In fact, the actor admitted it himself during a chat with reporters.
The actor stated he has gotten a lot of attention because of his role in the movie starring Jada Pinkett-Smith and Tiffany Haddish.
And while most would think his admirers online would be regular women and not celebrities, Kofi said many of the possible suitors who messaged him were A-listers.
According to a report from Page Six, the star of Queen Sugar revealed that his scene with Jada Pinkett-Smith resulted in national attention from the female sex, something which he obviously doesn’t protest.
During a chat with the publication, he stated,”some female celebrities have hit me up.” However, he’s smart enough to know that it’s not a good idea to reveal their identities.
And, fortunately, for his female fans, Sirboe stated he doesn’t need to date a woman who is famous. She can be non-famous as well. He would even date a girl who worked in a fast-food restaurant or a department store.
It’s all about staying true to one’s roots and keeping one’s feet to the ground. And coincidentally, the actor admitted he actually did date a girl who worked at Chipotle, and he didn’t mind one bit, because he “loves the food.”
Furthermore, Sirboe isn’t the only one to benefit from the release of “Girls Trip,” as the film is thought to be responsible for sending Tiffany Haddish into the stratosphere of success.
Ever since the movie came out, Tiffany has been all over the press and even appeared on stage during the Academy Awards. However, she thought she was getting paid, so found it to be somewhat of a disappointment to not receive a check.
