For her meeting with President Donald Trump, Kim Kardashian traded her usual body-con dor a business outfit. She wore an oversized black pantsuit by the French brand Vetements which featured the label’s name embroidered across her crotch.
Kim’s suit is not quite available for purchase, but we have seen similar ones starting at about $3,000 with matching trousers that are sold for about $1,000.
Demna Gvasalia, the controversial creative director at Vetements also designs for Balenciaga, and she is known for slapping really simple clothes with four-figure price tags. She has also shaded Trump in the past.
Just in case you didn’t know, back in 2016, when questioned about his decision to cast only white models in one of his runway shows, Gvasalia told the Telegraph, ‘Well, I thought at a time when Donald Trump might be a President of the United States that I, a clothes maker, have to make political statement about ethnic diversity is funny.’
Kim finished her outfit with a pair if transparent neon pumps that are from Kanye’s line. She probably wore them to support her hubby who, by the way, publicly showed his support for Trump just recently.
We also reported that Kim and Kanye had a massive fight after her visit to the White House.
‘Kanye was upset over Kim’s visit to the White House because he wanted to go too. They had an epic blowout fight over the trip, Kanye wanted to make it about him, he felt like he also has some big ideas he needs to discuss with the president,’ a source told the famous online magazine Hollywood Life.
