Kim Kardashian was not joking when she said she always rides for her husband, Kanye West, because it has been confirmed that she will be meeting Donald Trump as early as Wednesday.
The trip to Washington, D.C. is to talk to the conservative and controversial president about prison reform and to plead for the pardoning of Alice Johnson.
The 62-year-old great grandmother is serving a life sentence for being a first-time drug offender.
And for several weeks, Kanye’s wife has been talking to The Donald’s daughter, Ivanka Trump, and her husband, Jared Kushner, about finding a solution.
According to Vanity Fair that broke to story, this is what Kim will tell Donald when she meets him at the White House: “…she will explain to [Trump] that, just like everybody else, we can make choices in our lives that we’re not proud of and that we don’t think through all the way.”
Needless to say many are upset by the meeting, but Kim and Kanye live for drama and scandals — so the angry tweets will not sway them.
Speaking of drama, Kim was recently embroiled in a nasty feud with Rhymefest who ran Kanye’s charity, Donda’s House Inc.
Kim shamed the rapper and threatened to take the organization from him and turn it over to her three children — North, 4, Saint, 2, and Chicago West, who is a few months old.
Kim stated: “Let me break this all the way down,
Kanye and Donda started a charity called Loop Dreams. When Donda passed, they changed the name to Donda’s House. Kanye paid Rhymefest a salary to run it. After several years of lack of performance from the organization and Kanye going through personal financial issues, he could no longer fund salaries. Rhymefest asked to take it over and Kanye agreed with no financial strings attached. Kanye gave his “friend” an opportunity to run an organization on his own. So now that Kanye is being publicly shamed for not being involved makes no sense and, at this exact time, just seems very calculated. I have and will always applaud any efforts to give back to the community. To fight for justice and to help uplift the youth. But I will never tolerate someone who was close to Kanye who attempts to use his late mother’s name to shame him while pretending to do good publicly.
I will always ride for my man!”
Kanye has met the president in the past, and he recently professed his love for him, so he must be loving Kim’s decision
