Khloe Kardashian has received a lot of backlash after she shared her pregnancy workouts with her followers. Many fans believe that it is not safe for her to exercise so intensely while expecting.
But now, Khloe decided to take to social media and slam the haters with the fact that she has received an Okay from her doctor beforehand.
Not only did she explain it was completely safe to work out while pregnant, but she also included a link to a Fit Pregnancy article about exercising while expecting.
‘For the ones who think they are physicians all of a sudden….But MY doctor and I communicate and my workouts are cleared and even highly recommended. Thanks, kiddos! Do not make me stop sharing s**t,’ she wrote.
After she finally confirmed her first pregnancy, Khloe has been religiously Snapchatting her workouts with her sister Kourtney.
Khloe has been using weights and hitting the stair-stepper as well.
It is very important for women to know what they can and cannot do while expecting a child as there are a lot of myths and misconceptions about it.
That being said, we have to praise Khloe for bringing a little bit more awareness to the importance of staying in shape during pregnancy.
Not only can pre-natal workouts help with staying within a healthy weight range but they are also supposed to make both labor and delivery easier!
Not to mention it significantly lowers the mother-to-be’s risk of gestational diabetes.
