Khloe Kardashian is six months pregnant and as she prepares for her final trimester, she’s taking steps to ensure she remains healthy through her pregnancy. It’s been said that preparing for labor and delivery is similar to preparing for a marathon. Though many women about retaining their figure and making it easier to get back in shape after pregnancy and delivery, the real work is labor and delivery. Khloe seems to understand the importance of staying physically fit while she prepares to give birth to her first child.
Keeping in touch with her fans on social media networks, such as Twitter, Khloe has received some negativity about continuing to work out during her pregnancy. She’s told her fans that she is under a doctor’s care and ensures that her workouts are approved by her health care provider before she undergoes them.
Khloe confirmed that she was turning six months pregnant the first week of June. Once she hits 7 months pregnant, she will enter the final trimester of her pregnancy.

Khloe has shown her fans that she is dedicated to working out and has no plans on slowing down. As long as she follows her doctor’s recommendations, she shouldn’t need to. She spent some time earlier on Thursday talking to fans on Twitter but made an announcement that he needed to get back to her workout.

Khloe has shown her commitment and dedication to maintaining her health and fitness and is sharing her progress with her fans and followers.
As she prepares for her new baby, she and her partner Tristan Thompson are also making many preparations as a couple. Khloe shared on her blog an article she wrote about moving in together.

As long as Khloe’s pregnancy continues to progress normally, her doctor will most likely approve some form of physical activity. In the final trimester, however; women should ensure that they take extra precautions not to perform any activity that could result in a fall. As the center of gravity shifts and joints become more flexible in preparation for labor and delivery, women might find that exercise can pose a danger due to slipping and falling.
Women might also experience extreme fatigue during the final months of pregnancy and exercise might make a woman more exhausted than giving her a boost of energy often associated with working out.
