Pregnancy is a time full of emotional upheavals, joy, and sometimes sadness. For many women, the idea of losing their shape due to pregnancy can be overwhelming. Khloe Kardashian, like many other pregnant women, has shared experiencing these fears and at times has expressed frustration over the inability to workout like she has been accustomed to. Now, she has publicly stated she can’t wait to go into “beast mode” at the gym after her daughter is born. Khloe Kardashian is expecting to give birth to a baby girl in April and has relocated to Cleveland where she will give birth accompanied by her partner Tristan Thompson.
Khloe Kardashian took to her official Twitter account on Saturday morning to share her anxiousness regarding working out again. Though she has continued to exercise and has modified her workouts to accommodate her pregnancy, she specifically said she wants to get back into beast mode.
Though Khloe has stated she loves being pregnant and has found the experience to be the best in her life, she still wants to give birth and hold her little girl in her arms.
She has also said that she knows it will be difficult to get her figure back the way it was pre-pregnancy, but she’s up for the challenge.

Like her sisters, Khloe Kardashian is fitness focused and shares a lot of selfies showing her physique. She is the host of the reality television show Revenge Body with Khloe Kardashian where she helps women who are uncomfortable with their bodies get into shape.
Her sisters are also known for getting back into shape quickly after giving birth. Kim Kardashian did have several large weight gains with her children but snapped back into shape quickly. Kylie Jenner is already in the spotlight for wearing a waist trainer after giving birth to her daughter Stormie Webster.
Khloe Kardashian has reportedly followed her doctor’s recommendations regarding vigorous exercise during pregnancy. Most ob/gyn limit strenuous exercise for the first six-weeks following birth. It will be interesting to see how Khloe works out following the birth of her daughter and if she follows the six-week guidelines.
Are you going to follow Khloe Kardashian’s post-partum workout? Unlike her sisters, it appears Khloe may be a bit more open with the public regarding what type of workout she does and what exercises she performs to regain her figure.
