Kevin Hart found himself at the center of a media firestorm last year when it was revealed that his questionable behavior was bringing his marriage to Eniko Hart into jeopardy. However, now that he’s moved past that, the comic is speaking candidly about Eniko and how she learned to forgive him for his transgressions.
During a conversation with People Magazine, the star of Night School revealed he is, now, a better man for learning from his mistakes and the consequential embarrassment.
“I am amazing because I get it now,” the legendary comedian remarked. Kevin took to his social media platform following the controversy to say he made an “error in judgment.”
The controversy began when one of his old friends leaked a video of him fooling around with another woman who wasn’t his wife. Regardless, Kevin and Eniko eventually learned to let bygones be bygones.
According to Hart, the friendship he and his wife have together is “insane,” and they’re “lovers.” The friendship they have is unparalleled.
Kevin empathized that their marriage had been put “to the test,” and they’ve since learned to grow from it. While some might assume that someone who has achieved at the level as Kevin would have trouble staying humble, in truth, he understands the value his wife has added to his life.
Kevin explained that he couldn’t applaud his wife more for her resiliency and strength, her backbone, and the way in which she serves as his support system.
As it was previously reported, Kevin used to be married to Torrei Hart but ended their marriage after he exploded as a comedic superstar. Following the cheating allegations against him, Torrei gave a few interviews where she dished on the cheating scandal, as well as her old relationship with the comic.
