As if feuding with her Real Housewives of Orange County co-stars is not enough, Kelly Dodd is officially at odds with her own family. The RHOC star recently fired back at the shocking claims her brother, Eric Meza, made against her last week and says he is doing it all out of jealousy.
As RHOC fans may recall, Dodd and Meza had a bit of a falling out after she booted him from her home in 2017. Last week, Meza took their feud to the next level when he slammed Dodd for keeping him away from her 12-year-old daughter, Jolie.

He also claimed that Dodd has used drugs in the past and cheated on her former husband, Michael.
Dodd has categorically denied her brother’s allegations about her personal life.
In an interview with Radar Online, the RHOC star bashed her brother for being jealous and wanting to ruin her career on reality TV. After calling Meza out for lying, Dodd issued an ominous warning to her estranged sibling.
“I have no choice now other than to lawyer up to protect my family,” she explained.
Dodd says her family woes began back in Season 10. Meza was a guest star on the show that season while Dodd was dealing with the end of her marriage. Dodd revealed that her mom asked if her brother could stay with her while he was working in Orange County.
Dodd had no problem welcoming her brother into her own home, but their relationship quickly soured in the wake of Dodd’s shocking divorce.

Dodd also revealed that her daughter is aware of everything her brother said. The RHOC star pleaded with Meza to stop dragging her name through the mud and to think about what his niece thinks about the situation. Meza has not responded to Dodd’s latest comments.
Kelly Dodd also got into a heated argument with RHOC newbie Emily Simpson on the latest episode, in which Simpson threatened to kill Dodd.
New episodes of the Real Housewives of Orange County air Monday nights on Bravo.
