Almost immediately after Meghan Markle married Prince Harry four months ago, the pregnancy rumors started to fly. But, there has not yet been an official pregnancy announcement from Buckingham Palace, and insiders say that the Duchess of Sussex has turned to Kate Middleton for advice.
Unless you are a member of the Duggar family, it isn’t really a big deal if you aren’t pregnant after being married for four months. But Markle just turned 37, and she and Harry have spoken publicly about wanting a big family. So, fans are expecting a Royal baby sooner rather than later.

"The Hubb Community Kitchen is a place for women to laugh, grieve, cry and cook together. Melding cultural identities under a shared roof, it creates a space to feel a sense of normalcy – in its simplest form, the universal need to connect, nurture, and commune through food, through crisis or joy – something we can all relate to." The Duchess of Sussex is supporting a new charity cookbook, which celebrates the power of cooking to bring people together – visit the link in our bio or our IGTV channel to watch the full film #CookTogether
Sources say that Markle is ready for a baby, and she has asked her friends and her sister-in-law for baby-making tips.
“Kate told her to drink more tea. That was her big piece of advice. She’s embraced all the British traditions and has started drinking tea at tea time,” says an insider. “She’s not really sure if it will make any difference in helping her get pregnant, which she’s very graciously following Kate’s advice.”
Middleton’s very British advice of drinking tea isn’t the only conception tip that Markle has gotten. According to The Hollywood Gossip, the former Suits actress has also talked to her friends back in Canada, and they have a more “holistic” approach to getting pregnant.
The insider says that Markle’s friends in Toronto have told her to practice “yin style yoga” and also to do a nightly meditation.
Markle is reportedly open to ideas, but she isn’t obsessed about getting pregnant right now. But she does have an app on her phone that tracts fertility. However, at this point, she is just being curious and loves learning what worked for her friends and family when it comes to having a baby.
Of course, the insider adds that Meghan and Harry do not need any pointers when it comes to doing the deed. Apparently, they have been “enjoying non-stop baby-making sex” at all hours of the day and night, and Harry is loving every minute of it. Even though they haven’t gotten pregnant yet, the newlyweds are having fun trying.
