Justin Timberlake, back with Britney Spears?
This piece of news is going to make all the ’90s teenagers who are now grown-ups rejoice! Most likely you have lots of happy and dear memories related to Britney Spears’ or Justin Timberlake’s music. Also, if you were a true fan of one of them (or both), most likely you remember the fact that the two had a relationship that was analyzed by the entire press.
Maybe it wasn’t such a surprise when Britney Spears recently declared that she would love to work again with Justin Timberlake, but many fans went crazy. Of course, the question that remained after her declaration was whether he would have the same opinion or not. Thankfully, now we have an answer for that question too and it is a very positive one!
Timberlake was approached at the Toronto International Film Festival event and was asked about this possible collaboration. He was there to promote the concert documentary film on Netflix called Justin Timberlake + the Tennessee Kids. Surprisingly, he did not know anything about Spears’ declaration, but he said that he would be totally up to it. He explained his lack of knowledge through the fact that he has a 17-month-old at home and that he doesn’t know the latest headlines.
Britney made the declaration last month during a Q&A for Most Requested Live with Romeo. There she was asked to name a couple of her dream collaborators. After mentioning Aerosmith and Gwen Stefani, she also talked about Justin Timberlake, the artist who wrote Cry Me a River. Even Lance Bass, member of ‘N Sync, declared that this would be like a childhood dream came true and it would be an awesome collab. In his opinion, it should be a dance number though, pretty much like what Michael Jackson and his sister Janet did.
