Paparazzi and spectators spotted Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez on Sunday, October 29th, and the pair allegedly looked as if they were in a “serious conversation.” The former boyfriend and girlfriend hung out at a cafe in Westlake Village, California, as reported by the publication TMZ.
According to the organization, Selena wore a white striped dress and Justin covered up in a white sweatshirt.
A source said they came in by themselves close to 9:30 in the morning and they had breakfast, blueberry smoothies and were just hanging out.
Justin, who appeared to be in a great mood, paid for both of them and they sat at the table and chatted for a good long while. However, they allegedly weren’t holding hands or anything like that; it appeared to be “lighthearted” and platonic.
According to Us Weekly, this isn’t the first time Justin and Selena hung out this month. Paparazzi spotted Justin and Selena at the singer’s house on the 22nd of October where they were with mutual friends.
The couple started talking again after Selena’s kidney transplant surgery just a few months ago in the summertime. An insider at the time said “Justin and Selena started talking again and they have a lot of mutual friends, so it’s easy for them to stay acquainted.”
They’ve grown up a lot in the past few years and are more mature about their previous relationship. Gomez and Bieber, who dated from 2011 until 2014, earned the celebrity pet-name, Jelena.
However, in 2016, they had an Instagram feud which prompted the Purpose singer to delete his account and also insinuate that she may have cheated on him.
As you may know, Selena is currently dating Abel Tesfaye, also known as The Weeknd – the Toronto-based R & B singer who recently released his new album, Starboy.
Even though sources claim The Weeknd doesn’t care they’re hanging out, Perez Hilton pointed out that Abel no longer follows Selena’s family’s Instagram or her friends. What’s going on? Are Justin and Selena getting back together or are they really “just friends” as several reports indicated?
