Angelina Jolie is not stopping Brad Pitt from seeing their kids, but a judge has told her that she must allow her ex to have more visitation time with them. The judge told Jolie that before he signs off on a permanent custody agreement, she must stop driving a wedge between her estranged husband and their six children.
According to Page Six, Jolie is now allowing Pitt four hours with the kids every other day on school days, and twelve hours every other day on non-school days.
This is the latest development in a divorce case that has become increasingly nasty over the past few weeks. Earlier this month, Jolie’s lawyer filed a motion in court requesting retroactive child support because she claimed Pitt hadn’t honored their informal agreement.

However, Pitt’s lawyers hit back with their own filing, arguing that Pitt had paid over $1.3 million in bills to help support the minor children, and he had also loaned her $8 million to buy a house.
Insiders say that Jolie has continued to exert her influence over the former couple’s children — Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, Knox, 10, and Vivienne, 10 — and it has been an effective tactic. Pitt is allegedly having trouble connecting with his kids (even though the judge allowed him to call or text without Jolie’s supervision), and some of the kids do not want to see their dad.
Sources claim that Jolie’s influence has affected the three boys the most, while the girls are still open towards having a relationship with Pitt.
Earlier this summer the judge in their divorce case criticized Jolie for not allowing the kids to have proper contact with their father, and that is why he allowed the cell phone communication. Per the judge’s order, the kids are now all in Los Angeles where the Fight Club star has more custodial time with them.
However, Jolie is not backing off and continues to have a significant impact on Pitt being able to restore his relationship with the children.

Insiders say that Jolie and Pitt have always had different approaches to parenting, and since their separation, it has been obvious that the former couple would not be able to figure things out on their own when it came to the children.
Sources also say that for a long time, Pitt didn’t get to spend any regular time with the kids and had very little contact with them. And since they were mostly with Jolie, they are very attached to her. Of course, this is frustrating for Pitt because he wants to spend as much time with them as he possibly can.
Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are due back in court on August 21st.
