It is safe to say that Jon Gosselin has a lot to look forward to this holiday season. As fans know, the man was able to obtain temporary custody over his and Kate Gosselin’s son Collin, 14, aside from already living with daughter Hannah, so he will have two out of his eight children spending Christmas with him this year!
While at WE TV’s Real Love: Relationship Reality TV’s Past, Present and Future event that took place yesterday, Jon chatted with ET about his legal win and his plans for a family-centric holiday season.
About Collin, Jon told the outlet that he ‘is coming home to our house, and he is going to enjoy the holiday with us, and go to school, and be with his sister, Hannah.’
The girl, also 14 since she and Collin are two of Jon and Kate’s sextuplets, is also super happy to have her brother home for the holidays
‘He’s really excited, and we are really excited to have him home for the holidays. And to enjoy the rest of his childhood,’ the father shared on the red carpet before adding that Collin ‘will be with us indefinitely.’
The boy was enrolled in a program for kids with behavioral issues, so he’s been away from his parents and siblings for a long time.
But when Collin came home to visit after no less than three years, Jon was quick to take the necessary steps to ensure that he would start living with him, girlfriend Colleen Conrad, and daughter Hannah.
The legal victory was not at all difficult since Kate did not show up in court when the case was discussed, about a week ago.
