Apparently, not every member of the Duggar family wants to be a reality star. In a new Instagram post, Counting On star Jinger Duggar’s four-month-old daughter, Felicity, is showing fans that she would rather be behind the camera instead of in front of it.
Little Lissy is definitely cute enough to star in her own show. But she would rather be part of the crew instead of the cast, and her mom snapped a pic of the sweet little girl working behind the scenes.
In the photo, Felicity is sitting with one of the Counting On producers as he coaches the cast, most likely Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo, through a confessional – a cutaway from the action where the stars explain what’s going on directly to the camera.
“Felicity helping Uncle Scott with interviews,” Duggar wrote in the caption.
Felicity has followed in her mom’s footsteps when it comes to her fashion “choices.” The baby is often seen in photos wearing different kinds of headgear, and in the most recent pic, she rocked a beanie with a big puff ball on top. And fans also noticed that Felicity was already a rebel GrandDuggar because she was wearing jeans, just like her mom does.
According to In Touch Weekly, the four-month-old’s cold weather fashion game has been pretty strong in recent pics. In one she wore a onesie while enjoying “snuggle weather.” She did wear a pink turban, gray cardigan, and striped skirt in another photo, and that led to some people accusing Felicity’s parents of cultural appropriation. She continues to wear it, and some fans continue to hate it.
Another hair accessory that fans have had a problem is her bows, which some believe are a suffocation hazard. Others complain about how often Felicity decorates her head, but Duggar and Vuolo don’t seem to mind the criticism, and they continue to dress their daughter how they want.
“Young moms are going overboard with head wraps for their girls all the time,” wrote one fan, while another compared Felicity to an “old lady.” For some reason, people think it is okay to tell the young parents how to dress their daughter.
One follower even speculated that something was wrong with Felicity’s head because Duggar covers it up so often. But the fact is that Felicity shows up in plenty of pics where she isn’t wearing anything on her head.
Just a few days ago, Jinger Duggar posted a pic of Felicity and her dad, and the baby’s head was completely bare.
New episodes of Counting On will return to TLC in 2019.
