The actress is also the mother of three kids, and although she loves the job, she is also aware that sometimes she makes parenting mistakes. Jessica Alba tries as hard as she can, however, to be someone who can inspire her children to do great things and that is what’s the most important.
As fans know already, Alba and her hubby Cash Warren are the proud parents of 7 months old son Hayes, 6-year-old Haven and Honor, 10.
When asked what her greatest motivator is during a sit-down with InStyle magazine, Jessica Alba dished that ‘It’s people not believing in me. For whatever reason that motivates me. There are always haters, and my goals are not small. I just want to live a full life and stay curious and always challenge myself. I want the kids to see me push outside my comfort zone. And sometimes it means making mistakes and admitting them, which is especially hard in front of your them.’

Speaking of making mistakes ‘all the time’ the actress and entrepreneur also talked about a ‘terrible habit’ that she has with the young ones.
‘Whenever my kids ask me to find something, they are like, ‘Mom, where’s my…’ you know, backpack, toothbrush, whatever. And I just say ‘Up your butt,’ and that is probably bad parenting,’ she laughed.
While juggling her career and being a mom is never easy, Jessica opened up about getting back in shape after her latest pregnancy as well.
‘That sh*t is hard. For me, it is more about posting what I am really going through. Working out isn’t easy, but I am doing it. I am dropping a name here, but I was with Kate Hudson, and she is so fit! And I was like, ‘You work out every day?’ And she said, ‘Of course I do.’ I was just like, ‘F**k, man, she does not even question it, so I should not question it either.’’
