Jennifer Hudson’s Estranged Husband David Otunga Is Granted Temporary Custody Of Their Son

We have learned that for the time being, Jennifer Hudson’s son is set to remain in the care of his dad David Otunga. According to court documents, the man was granted temporary custody of their child from November 26 to December 8 while the singer is out of town.
In addition to that, the court also granted Hudson the exclusive right to own and occupy her Illinois home that she used to share with Otunga.
While the man will have no access to the house, he can pick-up and drop off 8-year-old son David Jr. in front of the property.
Another legal document signed off by the judge dealing with the case says that the father is allowed to enter the home one more time, in order to take pictures of his personal belongings so an inventory can be made.
However, he isn’t allowed to bring more than three other people with him inside Jennifer Hudson’s house.
Otunga is not to share any of the pics or videos he takes while there either.
Finally, after the inventory on the basis of the pictures had been made, the man will have to pick up his personal stuff within the next week.
Hudson and Otunga are yet to reach a formal custody agreement.
Their custody hearing will be taking place on December 20.
Before announcing their shocking split earlier in the month, the two had been married for a decade!
