Jennifer Garner looks fantastic and her level of fitness can’t just be achieved without hard work. That being said, the actress is working out even on vacation! Fortunately, while intense, her routine is also very fun.
The 46-year-old took to social media today to post a clip of her and Body by Simone’s Simone De La Rue giving it their own during dance routine meant to burn some serious calories.
While in workout gear, the two are testing their limits and if we didn’t see the palm trees through the windows, we would have a hard time guessing she’s even on vacation judging by how hard she was working.

But of course, the star is actually not doing it just for herself, but is training for her upcoming Peppermint film, as she also mentioned in the hashtags.
Yesterday, Jennifer did seem to get a little bit of rest as she posted a pic of her lounging in the sun and reading a book.

Meanwhile, De La Rue has become quite the presence in the actress’ life.
She even came along on vacation to Hawaii on Easter along with Garner’s former husband, Ben Affleck.
The actress credited De La Rue for keeping her in such great shape during an interview for WIRED back in March.
When asked about her fitness routine, she said: ‘I did it this morning, just so you know. It’s a dance cardio, weights, trampoline, all kinds of different things, really fun, high energy, super hard, but you can do it, workout.’
