The 45-year-old actress revealed how she stays in such incredible shape! Jennifer Garner appeared on WIRED to reply to the Internet’s most burning questions about her, and as you might have expected, her diet and workout routine were among the things people really wanted to know.
We are not even surprised as the Hollywood star looks absolutely amazing!
‘I did it this morning, just so you know. It is a dance cardio, weights, trampoline, all kinds of different things, really fun, high energy, super hard, but you can do it, workout,’ Garner, who’s been spotted attending Body By Simone classes in L.A., shared.
When it comes to what she eats, Garner explained that ever since she used Kelly LeVeque’s diet Be Well by Kelly in order to get in top shape for one of her films, she’s been sticking to it.
‘I have been following Be Well by Kelly because I was getting ready for a movie where I had to look a certain way. I actually really liked the diet, so I have stuck to it.’
Also in the same clip, the actress talked about doing her own stunts, her background in ballet, the sports she thinks she knows only by watching her children and even graced us with her pig latin skills!
Yesterday, Garner was also a guest on The Late Late Show With James Corden, and she was in talking mood then as well.
The star shared some really ‘juicy’ stories from when she was at band camp.
‘I went to band camp, somewhere in the hills of West Virginia. We did have a ‘one time at band camp’ situation,’ she stated before she went on to recall the time when a female brass player probably had her first sexual experience while there.
‘She administered her first b to the [bleep]. She took it literally, and she had quite a strong blow,’ Garner said, with Corden adding: ‘Because she is a trumpet player.’
Garner went on: ‘She had a serious set of lungs. So, somebody went home early. Bless.’
