Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux announced their separation this week after a little more than two years of marriage, but it doesn’t seem like their divorce will be a long, drawn-out process because the couple signed an ironclad prenup before trading vows. Will Theroux even attempt to contest the mutual agreement that protects Aniston’s $200 million fortune?
It would be extremely difficult for Theroux to go after Aniston’s money because their prenup was the result of a long, intense process, and the Friends star made sure she protected her massive fortune.
One asset that they could possibly split is the mid-century Bel Air mansion where the couple wed, but Aniston was the one who purchased the home in 2011, and then she renovated it over the past few years.
She has now decided to sell it, and any profits from the sale could belong to her because she bought the house before she got married.
According to an insider, Aniston loves the business of flipping houses.
The 49-year-old showed off her home in the March 2018 issue of Architectural Digest and revealed that the renovations became a passion project for her over the years.

Aniston and Theroux tied the knot in their backyard back in August 2015 in an intimate ceremony in front of close friends like Courteney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Jason Bateman, and Sandra Bullock.
The former couple decided to announce their separation in a joint statement earlier this week because of the rumors flying around about their troubled relationship. Aniston and Theroux said that the decision to split was mutual and it was also “lovingly made.”
The actors say that they will remain friends and they continue to maintain a deep love and respect for each other.

Cameras hadn’t caught the two together since October of last year, and in late November Theroux carried moving boxes out of their New York City apartment. At the time, insiders claimed that it was a bad sign.
Then, over the holidays, reports surfaced that the two had a huge fight after spending over two months apart.
Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux met on the set of the 2012 comedy Wanderlust and became engaged in August of that year. She was previously married to Brad Pitt from 2000 to 2005 before he started his romance with Angelina Jolie.
