There’s no doubt that Jenna Dewan has had an eventful year, filled with challenges as well as delight. Regarding the positive: the model just began the second season of “World Of Dance,” a show she hosts, but she also divorced her husband of nine years, Channing Tatum.
Back on the 2nd of April, Jenna and Channing confirmed in a statement to People Magazine that they had both chosen to go their separate ways. Dewan said to People on Friday, “a lot of change, but you go with it and you make the best with what you can.”
Dewan was in Las Vegas while at the Red Rock Casino on Friday to celebrate the 15th anniversary of their magazine: VEGAS. Dewan was on the cover.
The model said she had a “lot of experiences in Vegas,” and they used to be way more entertaining, but now that she’s a mom, things are a lot different.
Jenna said while in Vegas in the past, she spent a majority of her time partying, but these days when in Sin City, she mostly figures out where to take her daughter.
And while some might think that doesn’t sound nearly as fun, Dewan admitted that their four-year-old daughter, Everly, is a bundle of joy, and is always having a blast.
The mother-of-one said, “she’s always into something,” and is “very distractible.” But Everly managed to focus enough to get ready for her first dance recital coming up soon: an event for which Dewan is incredibly excited.
As you might know, Dewan, herself, is a great dancer, and she met Tatum while on the set of the movie “Step Up,” in 2005. The star explained even though she’s great at it, she never puts pressure on her child to be as good as she once was.
As for her relationship with “The Hateful Eight” star, an insider previously stated he and Jenna still get along quite well. However, a source told the opposite story: “Channing isn’t happy that he’s about to lose hundreds of millions of dollars.”
